Inventore del BeachTennis, ha introdotto l’eliminazione del doppio vantaggio sul 40 pari, nonché la rete a 1,70 di altezza,
il campo 8 x 16.
È il fondatore della Federazione Italiana Beach Tennis, l’inventore del logo-marchio Internazionale, l’ideatore delle racchette in grafite e fibra di vetro, del sito internet,
fondatore della federazione mondiale
IFBT che conta 53 nazioni.
Tutte le regole del beach tennis le ha create lui.
La parola beach tennis é stata inventata
dal dott.Bellettini.
Il primo libro sul beach tennis è stato scritto
Tutto legalmente registrato,dal
dott.Bellettini nel 1997.

MR GIANDOMENICO BELLETTINI

He is the original inventor of Beach Tennis, he has introduced the elimination of the double vantage on the level 40, the net of 1,70 in height, the court 8 x 16.

He is the promoter of the Italian Federation of Beach Tennis , the inventor of the International trademark, the inventor of the graphite and glass fibre rackets, of the web site, the promoter of the International Federation of Beach Tennis (IFBT) which counts 41 countries members. He has created all the beach tennis rules.π
The word “Beach Tennis” has been invented by Mr Bellettini.

The first book about Beach Tennis has been written by Mr Bellettini in 1997.

REGULATION FOR THE COMPETITION

This regulation is enacted from the I.F.B.T.

Art. 1
The competitions are the following: Men-pairs and women-pairs; categorys over 40 and juniores; race for individuals (men and women) or mixed pairs.
Art. 2
In the pairs-competition the players have to wear an uniform or the same t-shirt.If the players don't wear an uniform can be disqualified from the competition. Only the race's director can decide differents conditions.
Art. 3
The entrance has to arrive seven day befor the competition to the Federation Tel. 335- 6350522.
The races will begin at the times decided from the organization.
Art. 4
Each category accept the back-board Winner-Loser or the direct elimination.
Abolition of the double vantage when both players are 40 level.
The game is winned by the first vantage.
The tie break is by 8 level, when the play is by 9, or by 6 when the play is by 6.
Competition by direct elimination by 9, by 6 or by 2 of 3 games.
Art. 5
All the competitors has to present themself for the umpiring of the play. The umpiring ist obbligatory, when the competitors don't present themself, they can be disqualified or they can lose the prizes. Only the race's director can decide differents condition.
Art. 6
The player that doesn't appear by 10 minuts of the start of the competition will be declared loser.
Art. 7
If the server touch the baseline befor to hit the ball, loose the point.
Art. 8
By each competition is obligatory to have the I.F.B.T. –card because it includs also the insurance.
Art. 9
The players have to behave well.
The badly conduct is classed in 4 categories:
a) unsporting-conduct: discussion, threat, etc.
b) Impolite-conduct: bad words.
c) Offensive-conduct: affront or insulting gesture.
d) Aggression (or attent).
Applied sanctions:
Warning, admonishment, penalty with lost of a point (-15).
If the player blasphemes loose the game;
Expuldion and disqulify.
The commission can disqualifys a players for 2 weeks until 12 mounths.
The player can claim in 7 days by previous deposit of 25 EURO.
Art. 10
The players will entry in the nationals results.
Art. 11
It is forbidden to play in competitions, that are not recognized by the I.F.B.T.
Art. 12
The pairs that makes the entrance by telephon, and that doesn't appear at the competition without give notice, at the next competion will pay both entrances.
Art. 13
Scores: by each competition the 1 became 25 points;
The 2 became 15 points;
The 3 became 10 points;
5-8 place 5 points;
9-16 place 3 points;
17 place and the follow 1 point.
In the circuits (recognized by the Federation) it can be possible to receive others scores.
Art. 14
The Regulation I.F.B.T.-Italia is the most important Regulation.
Art. 15
The organizers decline all responsabilitY for any damage suffered by the players.
REDIMING DECLARATION
Whith the signature of this declaration I relieve the Federation I.F.B.T. of all the judicial actions.
I authorise also the organizers to use fotos, films and other medias without pretending a remuneration.
I declare to be visited by a doctor that gave me a pass certificate for this kind of sport.
RULE N. 1 PLAYING AREA
The playing area must be 16m of lengths and 8m of width right-angled. These are the measures for Beach Tennis, Beach Volley and Volley grounds. The playing area must be divided into two parts by a net either like the one used for volley that one with close meshes so that the balll cannot pass through, though the second type is the most adviced. Indoor the net must be at1.85 m of height and on the beach at 1.70 m at the centre. All measures must be taken from the external line side. All the lines must be of a uniform white colour.
